Permitted use
You may use Yahd for lawful professional evaluation of industrial outdoor storage markets and opportunities. Paid intelligence, exports, credentials, and source materials may not be resold, scraped, republished, shared outside authorized seats, or used to create a competing database.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials. Access is limited to the purchased organization, seats, geography, fields, cadence, and usage limits. Yahd may suspend access to protect customers, contributors, or the service.
Listings and submitted materials
Contributors represent that they have authority to submit materials and specify whether an offering may be published. Yahd may normalize, verify, reject, expire, correct, or remove records and listings. Broker attribution and approved contact paths remain attached to public offerings.
No investment, legal, or zoning advice
Yahd provides research tools and information, not investment, legal, tax, environmental, engineering, appraisal, brokerage, or zoning advice. Users must independently verify material facts and make their own decisions.
Data and service limitations
Public records and third-party information can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or incorrect. Yahd applies quality controls but does not warrant that every record is complete or current. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or events outside reasonable control.
Commercial terms
Fees, term, renewal, seats, implementation, data rights, and support commitments are governed by the applicable order form. If an order form conflicts with these terms, the order form controls.
