Information we receive
We receive information you provide, including contact details, support requests, waitlist information, and deal materials submitted to Yahd. We also receive basic usage and security information when you use the website. Deal materials may include property, transaction, tenant, broker, and ownership information.
Website analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand traffic, referring sources, searches, listing engagement, conversions, device type, and website performance. This includes clicks to call or email a listing team. A click records contact intent; it does not tell Yahd whether a communication or transaction occurred. Analytics use a randomly generated browser identifier that is stored locally and converted into a one-way hash before transmission. We do not place names, email addresses, or phone numbers in website analytics events. The identifier rotates after approximately 13 months, raw event data is generally retained for up to 25 months, and Global Privacy Control signals are honored.
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve Yahd; process submissions and requests; maintain data quality; communicate with users and authorized submitters; and comply with legal obligations.
Waitlist and email
If you join the waitlist, we use the information you provide to manage early access and send relevant product or IOS market communications. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. We retain suppression records so that we can honor opt-out requests.
Deal materials and listings
Submitting deal materials does not by itself authorize public distribution. Yahd publishes an opportunity only when the submitter has authority and requests publication. Public listings display selected offering information. Source files and nonpublic information are not displayed as part of a public listing.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers for infrastructure, email, analytics, payments, security, and artificial intelligence. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to Yahd. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Yahd or its service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain transaction history, and honor suppression requests. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, unsubscribe from marketing, or request a listing-status change by emailing support@goyahd.com. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Relationship to the Terms
Your use of Yahd is also governed by the Terms of Use. The Terms include warranty disclaimers, a limitation of liability, governing-law provisions, individual arbitration, and a class-action waiver, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Yahd changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted.
