Information we receive
We receive account and contact details, purchase and support requests, usage events, and deal materials intentionally submitted to Yahd. Deal documents may contain property, transaction, tenant, broker, and ownership information.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure the service, process requested transactions, structure IOS intelligence, maintain data quality, communicate with customers and contributors, and improve product reliability.
Private evidence and public listings
Submitting material does not by itself authorize public distribution. Source evidence and protected intelligence remain private unless the contributor has publication authority and explicitly requests publication. Public listings display only the approved offering fields.
Service providers
Yahd uses vetted infrastructure, communications, payment, analytics, and artificial-intelligence providers only as needed to deliver the service. Access is limited by role and operational purpose.
Retention and control
Records are retained for contractual, security, evidentiary, and legal needs. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a listing-status change by emailing support@goyahd.com. Some records may be preserved when required for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or transaction lineage.
Security and changes
Yahd uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be posted here with a revised effective date.
