Data correction
Include the property address, the field in question, and the corrected fact. Yahd will evaluate the evidence and update dependent metrics when a material correction is accepted.
Public listing control
Authorized listing representatives may request publication, correction, expiration, or removal. Yahd retains private evidentiary lineage where legally and contractually appropriate even when a public listing is removed.
Security reports
Report suspected unauthorized access, exposed credentials, or vulnerabilities immediately to support@goyahd.com. Avoid accessing data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
Service interruption
For a time-sensitive access failure, identify the affected users, market, browser, and approximate start time. Enterprise response commitments are governed by the customer order form.
